Do you accept new patients?
Yes—Onestop Medical Center is accepting new patients. Call (925) 263-9547 or request an appointment online.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of medications, and any recent test results or records you’d like us to review.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
We offer convenient scheduling and same-day appointments when available. Contact us early in the day for the best options.
Can you help with preventive care and screenings?
Absolutely. We provide annual physicals, vaccinations, and recommended health screenings based on age and risk factors.
How do primary care and behavioral health work together?
When appropriate, your care team can coordinate behavioral health support alongside your primary care plan for whole-person care.
What are your clinic hours?
Mon–Fri 9:30am–6:00pm; 1st & 3rd Sat 9:30am–6:00pm.
